A non-refundable deposit will reserve your space. The amount of deposit is based on your destination. Please call us for details.
You will be invoiced upon making a reservation. We accept personal checks and wire transfers for payment. Payment may also be made by a credit card. Ask us for details.
We encourage single guests. Single Supplement fees will typically be charged for those traveling without a companion. These fees vary, depending upon the trip. If you'd like, we will make every effort to match you with a roommate, waiving the supplement fee. If one is not available, the single supplement fee may apply.

We believe that learning about your destination prior to your departure is half the fun and adds to the anticipation. Upon receiving your deposit, we will send you a brief history of the area and what you can expect to see, along with documentation that may need to be completed prior to your departure, what to pack, recommended reading, travel insurance and anything else you will need ahead of time.
