British Columbia is a rarity indeed – massive snow-covered peaks flank wildlife-rich seas, providing Mother Nature’s most spectacular contrast.
This special adventure touches upon the rich complexity of Canada’s most diverse province, allowing all travelers who stand on her shores to experience a wealth of natural and cultural sites. Amidst the awesome scenery and captivating native cultures is an abundance of wildlife.
Most exciting are the grizzlies, found in larger numbers and more accessible here than perhaps anywhere else on Earth! After years of searching, we have located the very best grizzly bear viewing rivers in all of Canada.
On this adventure, we will immerse you in these wild sites and show you the natural and cultural wonders of British Columbia.

A very important feature of our trips is the limited group size as nature expeditions are best experienced with smaller sized groups of travelers.Included
All meals, all activities described in the itinerary, services of our professional Expedition Leaders, entrance fees to parks, transportation, and gratuities for accommodations, baggage handlers and meals.
Not Included
Travel to and from Bella Coola, alcoholic beverages (except for wine the first evening), items of a personal nature (laundry, telephone, etc.), gratuities for Expedition Leader, guides and pilots, and travel insurance.
Physical Requirements
Easy / Flexible
This adventure does not require a high degree of physical fitness although some short walks may be required should you wish to participate in every activity. Please note that the petroglyph walk is relatively long and requires an uphill walk on slippery surfaces, though this, like all other activities, is entirely optional.
Getting There & Getting Home
We have pre-booked spaces for our travelers on R/T flights from Vancouver to Bella Coola. These flight times are not determined until late spring. We will notify you when these times are determined so you may book your arrival and departure flights in and out of Vancouver. You will be invoiced for these flights upon booking.
