We wouldn’t book a trip without asking a lot of questions, so we don’t expect you to.
We pride ourselves in our personal service, our depth of knowledge, and our passion for these wonderful places. So please email or call us. We are your adventure specialists! In the meantime, here are a few things to think about while planning your trip…
Because our groups are small, space is limited. We recommend you book as early as possible to ensure availability.
A deposit (refundable or non-refundable depending upon the destination) will reserve your space. The amount of deposit is based on your destination. Please call us for details.
We encourage single guests. Single Supplement fees will typically be charged for those traveling without a companion. These fees vary, depending upon the trip. If you’d like, we will make every effort to match you with a roommate, waiving the supplement fee. If one is not available, the single supplement fee may apply.
Traveling with Family can be one of life’s greatest pleasures. No activity provides more opportunity to connect with loved ones and create powerful and cherished memories.
Our Family Adventures take you to some of our planet’s most spectacular nature destinations and have been designed to remove the worry and stress that many associate with the typical family vacation.
Our itineraries are expertly designed to ensure that each member of your family, regardless of age or ability, has the adventure of a lifetime. Our professional Expedition Leaders and Youth Coordinators understand the needs of families traveling together and will work to ensure that your adventure is exciting, fun and worry free.
Payment options vary by trip. You will be invoiced upon making a reservation. We accept personal checks and wire transfers for payment. Payment may also be made by a MasterCard or VISA credit card. Ask us for details.
The cancellation policy varies depending on your specific trip. Part or all of your payment may or may not be refundable. Contact us for information on your particular trip. We strongly encourage the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment.
Why purchase Travel Insurance?
Travel insurance offers travelers coverage for unforeseen problems, from a cancelled flight to a serious illness to the traveler or member of his/her family — or in rare cases, even an act of terrorism or the financial default of a travel supplier. If an illness, accident, or other covered unforeseen circumstance forces a traveler to cancel or interrupt their travel plans, they face two potentially major financial losses—money invested in non-refundable pre-payments and medical expenses that in many instances may not be covered by health insurance.
At Cregor Adventures, we understand that your vacation can take a year to save for, but only a second to ruin. While you can’t do anything to prevent an unexpected storm from closing the airport, you can help cover your investment with travel insurance. We strongly encourage purchasing a comprehensive insurance policy to protect you and your travel investment, before and during your trip.
Cregor Adventures has partnered for over 15 years with Travel Guard as our exclusive insurance provider. Travel Guard is America’s leading provider of travel insurance plans and assistance programs specializing in innovative travel insurance, assistance and emergency travel service plans for millions of travelers throughout the world.
Our plans include coverage for trip cancellation and interruption, medical expenses, emergency medical evacuation, lost or damaged baggage and personal items, 24 hour worldwide travel assistance/concierge services and more!

We believe that learning about your destination prior to your departure is half the fun and adds to the anticipation. Upon receiving your deposit, we will send you a brief history of the area and what you can expect to see, along with documentation that may need to be completed prior to your departure. In addition, you’ll receive information on what to pack, recommended reading, travel insurance and anything else you will need to plan.
